Highlights from Michelle & Rob’s wedding at this award-winning Lancashire wedding venue
Award-Winning Lancashire Wedding Venue
Beeston Manor is a family-owned and run Lancashire wedding venue situated near Hoghton Tower. The venue is set in 140 acres of land, and is a beautifully converted 16th Century barn complete with oak beams and sandstone walls. There are fourteen en-suite bedrooms available, a licence to hold civil ceremonies, a restaurant and two function rooms which have the backdrop view of stunning panoramic views. The venue is also close to the M6, M61 and M65 motorway networks and also has the facility of a helicopter pad.
Beeston Manor Wedding Photography
I met Michelle & Rob at a wedding fair, organised by Little White Books. We hit it off immediately and they booked me on the spot for their Beeston Manor Wedding Photography. Beeston Manor is a perfect venue for documentary style wedding photography, plus there are some lovely open spaces and farm buildings in and around the venue for funky wedding shots. I love working here - no two days are ever the same. Beeston Manor Wedding Photography has a mixture of rural meets classic with its choices of little areas dotted around the venue. If you like brick walls, perfect. What about an open field for sunset shots? Perfect too. And, those farm buildings make brilliant backdrops for Beeston Manor Wedding Photography too. Perfect!
Wedding Ceremony at Beeston Manor
After spending an hour or so at Michelle’s house, I caught up with Rob and Best Man greeting the wedding guests at the venue. This wedding ceremony at Beeston Manor was going to be a brilliant fun, tinged though with a lot of emotion. Rob was VERY excited to his his beloved Michelle in her wedding dress. I must admit, the emotions were catching…I was excited too (and I’d already photographed her wearing it!). As Michelle arrived, flanked by her eldest son, a comforting hand on Rob’s shoulder from the Best man set the tone. This was going to be fantastic! After the ceremony, the whoops and cheers started the celebrations off in style. A full-on party ensued with some great group photos, a mad confetti throw and some brilliant games and speeches organised by JK, our MC for the day from DFC.
Here’s some of my favourite photos from the day…
