Eaves Hall Wedding Venue

Eaves Hall is a stunning exclusive Lancashire Wedding Venue, situated just outside Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley. It’s also a very popular wedding venue for those couples looking for a Lancashire wedding venue. Often winning many wedding industry awards, Eaves Hall is arguably THE best wedding venue in Lancashire. I have worked as an Eaves Hall Wedding Photographer several times, in every season, and just love the venue. The staff are friendly, and nothing seems to be a problem, for either the wedding party or us suppliers. Owned by James Places, a wedding here is such a brilliant experience, and especially for me as an Eaves Hall Wedding Photographer.

Nala & Knot Hair & Makeup Styling

Leah & Brad booked me for their summer Eaves Hall wedding, and I was once again working with the lovely award-winning Makeup Artists Nala & Knot. These girls are just incredible at what they do, and great fun to work alongside! Always a smile, always laughing, Natalie & Laura make bridal preparations a breeze. My day as an Eaves Hall Wedding Photographer was off to a great start down at the Lodge. I say start, as we all moved up to the Hall around 11am to finish bridal preparations in the Temple Suite, a large bedroom perfect for a wedding morning.

Wedding Ceremony at Eaves Hall

As Leah was getting ready in the Temple Suite, Brad and the Groomsmen were next door in the Pendle Suite (that’s the one with the balcony), I quietly moved from room to room capturing the action (and the smaller details) as things ‘rolled out’. Brad was on good form, very excited to be marrying love of his life Leah, and helping all the lads with their ties. He’d been ‘You Tubing’ no doubt. Their wedding ceremony at Eaves Hall was to be in the Ballroom - a room I love to work in as an Eaves Hall Wedding Photographer. It also comes in very handy for portraits and family group photos should the weather be unkind.

Ryan Smith Wedding Host and DJ

Ryan Smith was on Hosting duties all day. Ryan is a brilliant Wedding Host and DJ, and a great entertainer - you’d love him. He looked after the speeches, plus he hosted a very embarrassing game of Mr & Mrs! Ryan is also a brilliant DJ, and a proper ‘floor filler’. He really liked my plan for the first dance, as did the talented Alastair Grant on Sax. So…Ryan brought some speakers outside on extra long cables ready for the First Dance.

First Dance Outside Eaves Hall

I am quite proud to be the first photographer to have my clients’ first dance outside the front of the Hall. The front car park area had just been landscaped with gravel -perfect for what I had in mind. I made the brave decision to stall the first dance an hour, so the light would be perfect. And it worked a treat as you can see from the main photo at the top the page.
