Colshaw Hall Wedding Photography - Becci & Aaron
Highlights from Becci & Aaron’s stylish wedding at this exclusive Cheshire wedding venue
Exclusive Cheshire Wedding Venue
Colshaw Hall is a stunning exclusive Cheshire Wedding Venue, situated just outside Knutsford. I have produced Colshaw Hall wedding photography for a few clients now. The venue is quite unique insofar as it has it’s own Wedding Chapel, a short walk (or buggy ride!) from the Hall itself. A Colshaw Hall wedding is always an exclusive affair, with its stunning walled garden, lake and courtyard for stunning wedding photos.
Black Tie Chic Wedding at Colshaw Hall
Becci and Aaron’s wedding at Colshaw Hall was black tie chic, with all the groomsmen in black tuxedos, looking every bit the part for this exclusive wedding. Sometimes a good old black tie wedding is just right. Today was one of those days where it just worked so well. Brilliant call gentlemen.
Wedding Photos at Colshaw Hall
I arrived for my Colshaw Hall Photography nice and early for Becci & Aaron’s wedding. The preparations were in full swing, lots of laughter and fun. I quietly went about my documenting the proceedings as people came and went, flowers were delivered and the wedding dress was hung ready for some detail photos. The guests were arriving for the ceremony, making there way up to the bespoke-designed wedding chapel next to the lake. We were going to take a lot of wedding photos at Colshaw Hall today! As Becci was about to leave the Hall with her bridesmaids, we had a few minutes for an impromptu portrait shoot, and a little ‘veil action’. We were scheduled for some portraits after the ceremony, around 45 mins before the main wedding breakfast. We used around ten minutes for some wedding photos at Colshaw Hall, both inside and out. The wedding guests were being entertained by the very talented magician Sam Fitton - one of the very best magicians around…and a very funny guy too!
Colshaw Hall Wedding Ceremony
As the wedding party arrived by the now-famous golf buggy, we were about to start this Colsahw Hall wedding ceremony. Perfectly on time, Becci was ready to walk down the aisle to meet Aaron, escorted by her dad. Once the ceremony was over, we were back outside with all the wedding guests for confetti throwing, plus a walk down to the main Hall for drinks and photos. Aaron suddenly picked Becci up, and in a scene reminiscent from ‘An Officer and a Gentleman’, carried her down the lane to the Hall itself. Awesome - well done sir!
Speeches at a Colshaw Hall Wedding
As Sam finished wowing the guests with his magic, we were into speeches time. Speeches at a Colshaw Hall Wedding have always been brilliant to photograph. The Pavillion was full, and Toastmaster Ian was introducing the top table to the wedding guests (to thunderous applause!). The heartfelt and funny wedding speeches were brilliant, with lots of great reactions! As they finished, the room was quickly turned around for the evening party, hosted by Six 15 Events. Oh….and Sam was STILL keeping the guests wowed, right up to the first dance!
Here’s some of my favourite photos from the day…
