Becky & Andy booked me for their wedding having met me at a wedding fair two years previously! A September wedding at Mytton Fold. Yes please! I love the venue, and love telling the wedding stories there with my authentic Mytton Fold Wedding Photography.

Legend Bridal Designs

Becky’s stunning black dress was provided by those lovely people at Legend Bridal Designs in Lancashire. I’ve known Charlotte, the Boss for a good few years now, and photographed her designs on a good few styled shoots for Bridal Magazines. As it quietly hung on the door in Becky’s suite, I began my day photographing it as part of my Mytton Fold Wedding Photography story telling. It was exquisite, possibly the first of its kind I’d ever photographed ‘for real’ and not on a styled shoot. Wow…Becky was going to look incredible in this.

Foxglove & Black Wedding Stylist

Becky & Andy’s Mytton Fold wedding was designed by the uber talented Becky (what are the chances?) from Foxglove & Black. Becky created the look for the whole wedding, dark, red and black …and it just looked stunning! The attention to detail was second to none. And Becky and her assistant worked hard all morning installing the decor for the ceremony and reception for my Mytton Fold Wedding Photography. Her instagram feed looks stunning, with all the different alternative weddings she does….check her out HERE.

Wedding Ceremonies at Mytton Fold

Becky & Andy planned their day perfectly, with an indoor ceremony and around ninety guests. Everyone was really excited to see what the couple looked like at this Mytton Fold Wedding. What would Becky be wearing…? I was well into my day producing Becky & Andy’s Mytton Fold Wedding Photography, so I already knew, but what stunning couple they were about to make as Becky walked down the aisle with her proud dad. As the ceremony began, the bridesmaids led the way in, allowing me to produce my Mytton Fold Wedding Photography live and authentic - as it happened. As Becky met Andy at the top of the aisle, proud dad handed her over for safekeeping. A beautiful moment captured, as my producing their Mytton Fold Wedding Photography.

Dogs At Weddings

Becky and Andy’s rescue dog Chango was with Andy and Best Man Calum all morning while they were getting ready. A stunning, mild-mannered mini beast of a thing, Chango had her own bed, plus all of Andy’s. The name Chango is interesting too….see here. Chango shared the full day with family and friends, quietly retiring before the cake cutting and first dance (too sweet and too loud for our K9 friends this bit).

Waystone Films Wedding Videos

It was great to work alongside the lovely Lucy from Waystone Films in the midlands. A specialist alternative wedding videographer, Lucy and I worked together while I told Becky & Andy’s wedding story with my Mytton Fold Wedding Photography. You’ll notice, even though I was hired with my natural, authentic wedding photography style, the couples portraits taken after the speeches had a little more ‘edge’ to them….

I really enjoyed my day producing authentic Mytton Fold wedding photography at this Mytton Fold Wedding. With a handful of family group photos and a few natural portraits of Becky & Andy taking a few minutes each (quick and painless I promised them!), we captured the day perfectly!
